Supersealer MSB20
The Supersealer MBS20 medical sealer, is a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines for the
medial packaging industry. It can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials including Poly/Poly, Tyvek,
Mylar, Pet Coated Tyvek, Paper/Poly, Laminated Foil and Metalized Foil Pouches.
The Supersealer MBS20 is the most economical medical bag/pouch sealer on the market today.
The sealer is fully validatable/calibratable and has its own HMI, which monitors heat, pressure and speed.
You can upload up to 65 recipes into the HMI. The bag changeover is made easy. Click your recipe for your
bag/pouch input and all the parameters change automatically, including the height of the sealer.
External ports are available for heat and pressure, so your calibrated instruments can easily be plugged in.
Meeting: ANSI/AAMI/ASTM, ISO 11607-2, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and EN 868 standards for compliance.
This sealer has minimal use of floor space. One Supersealer can replace up to 5 bar sealers.
