Supersealer MBS with Air Evacuation
OKI has developed a continuous bag sealer with air evacuation or air evacuation and gas flush. This system is available in stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, wash down IP65 and wash down IP69K.
This system incorporates a Supersealer band sealer, hot air sealer or medical sealer along with a probe and conveyor. There is a touch screen on the flow control with a probe section of this system, so that the configuration of either just air evacuation or air and gas can be achieved. The probe can be put on a timer or use a foot pedal to activate.
Washdown version - IP65 and IP69K rated washdown bag sealers. An IP65 rating sealer can be washed down with a garden hose pressure only. Our IP69K Sealer or system can handle the demands of aggressive washdown.
