Small Bag Air Evacuation/Gas Flush

OKI has developed a continuous bag sealer with either air evacuation, gas flush or a combination of both. This system is available in Stainless Steel, all 316 Stainless Steel, wash down IP65 and wash down IP69K.

This system incorporates a Supersealer SB20 band sealer or Supersealer SS2 hot air sealer along with a probe and conveyor. There is a touch screen on the flow control with a probe section of this system, so that the configuration of either air evacuation, gas flush or both can be achieved. The probe can be put on a timer or use a foot pedal to activate.

Our machines are built with 316 stainless steel and anodized aluminum and most parts can be removed with no tools for cleaning or wash down.

It runs on 110 or 220 volt, and can be plugged into any wall socket.

Air Requirements is 80 psi and the system is CE marked.

We can run up to 10 bags a minute if the application, bag and requirements fit this level of speed. This system has many different configurations to meet product packaging parameters. We have configurations from small bags up to bag in box applications.

Sanitation of plants is the new normal and we have the sealer to meet the demands companies require. This system extends shelf life and reduce volume for more compact packages.
