Supersealer SB40 Band Sealer
The Supersealer SB40 Rotary Band Sealer continuously seals a wide range of bag materials at a high speed and efficiency.
The sealer, is a high-quality band sealer that has four heating capsules, creating more heat to seal the bags . The machine will run up to 70 fpm and will seal materials up to 15 mils. Other outstanding sealer features include tool-less band changing, single point heating and cooling bar adjustment, thermally isolated heat bars, and digital temperature controls. The Supersealer comes with a motorized pedestal and a stainless-steel base with locking casters for an easy bag size changeover, which results in increasing productivity. With a touch of a button, you can change the height of the sealer, no manual labor is required.
The sealer and conveyor slaves off the sealer drive, so both units are always synchronized.
